Our teacher and translator were fun and encouraging as they taught us how to make gluten free takoyaki and okonomiyaki. They prepped all the ingredients, which were fresh and high quality. All the kitchen equipment were very nice and the facilities were excellent. If you have the chance, do take this class. It’s fun and rewarding to learn how to make these two delicious street food with gluten free ingredients.

We had a wonderful time and experience at Sakura san’s class. The class was very well organised and structured. Our nine year old is very shy and Sakura san approached her with patience and after a while she felt comfortable.
We’re so glad that we did this and recommend the class wholeheartedly.

I really enjoyed this cooking experience with these two lovely women. The meal we prepared was delicious and I learned a lot about japanese food. Especially the miso tasting I really liked.
Also the tea ceremony, I enjoyed it very much. Much more personal and detailed than in any tourist spot. Thank you for these precious moments.

Shu and his wife were amazing! Their energy and hospitality were next level. I learned so much about different types of ramen that I will utilize in my home batches. He's also a huge baseball fan, so more fun conversations.

What a lovely experience making Udon noodles. Chef Chinki was most welcoming and clearly explained every step. She is very passionate about cooking with the best possible fresh ingredients to accompany the udon noodles. Many of them were new to me. Thank you for sharing your skills.

An absolutely wonderful experience. Chef Yoshi and Amo are excellent hosts and teachers. The food was great, and the chef’s broth is the best I’ve ever had. My son said this was his favorite part of the trip. I absolutely recommend their class. I can’t wait to make ramen and gyoza at home!
