I had a great experience at restaurant Mulan in Myogadani. The sommelier explained about the sake brewing, the history of sake, the different kinds of sake. And it was paired by great, delicious and good looking vegan food! It sometimes hard to find good vegan food in Japan, but this chef really knew what he was doing. All together a great experience!
