If you are looking for an authentic ramen making experience that caters to a vegan diet, look no further. I've been to many vegan cooking classes in the US for american dishes and wanted have a true ramen making experience in the heart of it all. Kaori delivered; 15/10 experience! Kaori is an exceptional host, chef, and great person. She was able to provide an experience through the market identifying the ingredients for the ramen and gyoza, open her home to create an exceptional meal, and provided translations to common phrases you need to get around Japan. In addition, she even gave recommendations to local restaurants and shops. My husband and I had such an amazing time making ramen and gyoza and were too full after 😅 it was a highlight of our first trip to Japan. Definitely would recommend to everyone to book this experience before you spend time at any other tourist attraction. This experience beats any view you pay for in the city.

An absolutely wonderful experience. Chef Yoshi and Amo are excellent hosts and teachers. The food was great, and the chef’s broth is the best I’ve ever had. My son said this was his favorite part of the trip. I absolutely recommend their class. I can’t wait to make ramen and gyoza at home!

Yoshi and Amo were wonderful hosts and chefs for our cooking class. It was hands on and we were all involved in a small class setting. They shared their personal recipes and the food was wonderful! Thank you for a great family experience!

Such a great experience!! The food was delicious (it was the best ramen we’ve had on our trip so far) and chef Yoshi and Amo were such wonderful hosts. Two of our friends ended up not feeling well and missing the experience, so they even made extra portions to bring back for them! One of the best additions to my itinerary, the class was well paced and everything was explained thoroughly. The hosts were so lovely and made the class very personable and interactive!
