저는 멕시코 오악사카 주 이스트무스 지역의 치말라파 마을에 사는 조케족 출신입니다. 저희 가족은 오랜 전통의 초콜릿 제조 기술을 가지고 있으며, 이곳에서 제가 수년간 쌓아온 경험과 지식을 여러분과 나누고 싶습니다.
우리 공동체를 기리기 위해, 우리는 이 프로젝트의 이름을 조크어로 "호박"을 뜻하는 '치마'로 정했습니다.
저희 문화를 배우고 집에서도 따라 할 수 있는 기본적인 도구를 사용하여 전통 방식으로 직접 초콜릿을 만들어 보세요!
