프로그램 세부사항
이 다도에서는 녹차, 우롱차, 홍차, 발효차 등 모든 종류의 프리미엄 차를 이해하고 맛볼 수 있습니다(차의 양에 따라 5~6종). 가장 좋은 계절부터 전형적인 떼루아(모든 차는 중국 시장에서 구하기 힘든 중국의 진짜 거장들로부터 선별), 역사적, 지리적, 건강에 유익한, 문화적 이야기에 대한 나의 설명과 함께.
15년간의 유럽 다도 경험을 바탕으로 정확한 온도와 시간에 다양한 종류의 차를 끓이는 방법과 같은 중요한 기술을 공유할 것입니다.
