+260장의 사진Wonderful personable experience cooking traditional and pre Hispanic dishes! We got to visit the market and the farm was incredible. If you like to cook and don’t mind spending 4-5 hours doing so, I would highly recommend.
What a deal!!! Miguel, Jose & Vicky were the absolute best! If you truly want to immerse yourself into the culture, don't miss this opportunity. Explore the local market, garden, farm animals, culinary history & so much more. Such a hands-on experience. No set menu, rather they take the time to get to know you & your interests in learning. Nothing like tasting your hard work. Get recipes at the end to take home. Would absolutely do this tour again if I ever come back to Oaxaca.
Wow, this was an amazing day of delicious food and incredible sharing of knowledge. Miguel, Vicky and Jose Antonio were so open to teaching us about their culture and cuisine. This is a must if visiting Oaxaca
Miguel and José were such amazing hosts from the introduction through the to the feast at the end. The class was so diverse, extremely interesting and captivating. With each step of the way really taking there time to explain a bit of history, technique, and the locally sourced produce. Well worth attending a fabulous experience
A wonderful way to spend a morning in Oaxaca. Miguel and Jose are so kind, teaching you every step, from making homemade tortillas all the way to mole. They offer as much or as little info as you want. A favorite experience of ours in Mexico! The setting is a beautiful outdoor kitchen and garden with two of the sweetest dogs for additional company!
