Hitota san was friendly and knowledgeable, and the gentleman from the market who accompanied us was also very knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed being in amongst the auction activity!

we really enjoyed our tour and class today. it was very interesting and “mr dadhi” was a great host and instructor. we learned the correct way to make dadhi, learning that no nos of making dashi....더 읽기
