This cooking school in Tokyo, led by licensed home cooking teachers, aims to expand Japanese cuisine across the world. It was founded by Noriko Tominaga, who was inspired by an experience she had staying at a lodge on the coast of new Zealand, where she enjoyed the warm hospitality and home cooking of her hosts. She decided to start her own cooking studio in Japan, in particular focusing on quick home-cooking, with dishes that take 20 minutes or less.
