What a lovely experience making Udon noodles. Chef Chinki was most welcoming and clearly explained every step. She is very passionate about cooking with the best possible fresh ingredients to accompany the udon noodles. Many of them were new to me. Thank you for sharing your skills.

I absolutely loved this experience. The host was so friendly and inviting. Her home was beautiful and she made myself and another guest tea. She spoke through all the ingredients, provided us with a recipe. I felt so at home. Would definitely do another class again!

Emi was a very welcoming host, we came as a family of 6 and everyone enjoyed their time!
Definitely a unique experience I would recommend others to try!

Really enjoyed Emi's class. My 12 year old daughter and I made udon, tempura, and gyoza. The instructions were easy to follow and Emi's communication was clear and friendly. We will be back again next time we are in Tokyo!

This was a great class. The teacher was very friendly and knowledgeable. she helped explain how to make the udon and also what other ingredients I can substitute when I return to my home country. Udon was delicious, I’m looking forward to making it at home!

We had a wonderful time cooking with Chiaki. She was really careful with our dietary requirements and knowledgeable about food. She is a very engaging chef, and we had a great time and a lovely meal! Would definitely do again.

Wonderful experience! Chiaki is a great host who explained everything very clearly, gave tips for making the dish back home, and was very knowledgeable regarding dietary requirements. Her English is excellent, the food was delicious, and the class is very relaxed.
This was such a fun experience for my parents and I, and I highly highly recommend!

This was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed making our own lunch as a family accomodating our need for GF food. Our host was so generous and kind. We were able to get recommendations for other GF places to eat. We are looking forward to cooking our ramen at home.

Chef Chiaki is a very personable trainer who met us on time at the agreed point; despite what she says, she is proficient in English which made it a lot easier too. She demonstrated a good knowledge of the products we were going to use, and what may be available in Australia. She was able to tell us which alternatives could be available (if the originals are not). The Udon noodles were so easy to make, and it was all over oh-so-quickly. Thank you Chiaki for a lovely and educational morning.
