Tokyo 와규 요리 수업

Had a really good time and learned a lot. Both instructors explained in detail about every dish - ingredients, history, way of preparing, etc. We made a variety of dishes in various techniques and the results were tasty! One of us has celiac and they made a big effort to supply us with gluten-free alternatives such as gluten-free soy sauce

The food was really yummy. It was easy to cook. We shared the experience with five other people so it was okay. I just wished that we had at least one more (side) dish with more seasonal ingredients or used vegetables and fish.

Excellent class! The instructor was lovely and explained everything thoroughly, it was quite interesting and enjoyable. And the food is delicious!

Great introduction to Japanese cooking! The Hosts explain everything and try to answer any question.. and the food tastes great ( if you do it right ;-) )

This was such an amazing experience! Our hosts were so kind and helpful, and gave us so many helpful instructions. The structure of the class is wonderful as well, you’re never bored or static!! Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic class, really recommend it. As someone who lived in Japan previously, was great to finally understand some of the science of the flavorings in Japanese cuisine. The teachers were all super friendly, helpful and clear. And most importantly the food was delicious. Look forward to trying the dishes when I get home! Thanks a lot!

An amazing experience with great teachers!

The experience was great! We cooked some really tasty dishes under close guidance. The teachers were very friendly and fluent in English
