In my kitchen everything will be special. Guests from different countries will meet and each of them will personally prepare the different recipes proposed.
During lunch and dinner everything will turn into a party
Carbonated beverages
At the end of the lesson the guests will taste (lunch or dinner) the recipes they have prepared. Accompanied by local wine (1 bottle for every 2 guests)
My guests will get their hands dirty. Each of them will touch all the ingredients. He will knead eggs, flour and spinach to make the dough which he will then make very thin with a rolling pin. He will also prepare the béchamel and, in the end, create the real Bolognese lasagna.
But not only that, I will add tiramisu to the experience. Each guest will create their own portion, following my instructions. If desired, it will add the crunchiness of a biscuit on top of the cocoa.
But first of all… an appetizer. It will be my gift to guests

This dish is made up of layers of green puff pastry (flour, eggs and spinach), bechamel, ragù and parmigiano reggiano. Baked in the oven and enjoyed hot

From start to finish, this class was an absolute delight! Paola is an exceptional teacher whose warmth, expertise, and passion for Italian cooking shine through every step of the experience. Dream come true
We came to Italy mostly for the true and authentic lasagna bolognese class, and our host made it well worth the trip! She was kind, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. She taught us both the how and why of authentic pasta and sauce in both technique skill. At the same time, imparting her vast knowledge of the origination of the dish and area while laughing and tasting! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and can’t recommend this experience enough!

Wonderful experience.
Paola is very welcoming, great company, an excellent teacher, and very well organised. We got to make delicious food and really enjoyed eating it! The cooking class was a wonderful experience and we would be delighted to recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna.
