A hands-on cooking class located in Miraflores district, during this class you will get to to chop, stir, fry, plate and of course learn everything about ingredients used in Peru, tips on which ingredients can be substituted at home and also some history and background information on the dishes and ingredients. The class is paced, so you will eat each dish right when it's done. The class takes about 3 hours. Come hungry for a delicious 4-course meal!!
All ingredients for the cooking class
4-course lunch prepared by yourself
1 Pisco Sour
Free water throughout the class and homemade fruit drink with the food
Hotel pickup and drop-off
additional alcoholic drinks (available to purchase)

Situated in the center of Lima's Miraflores District, SkyKitchen offers you a unique three hour experience. We show you how to cook your own Peruvian food. Enjoy your self-prepared dishes while having a conversation with your fellow participants and us.
The cooking class starts at 11 am, where we will prepare 4 traditional Peruvian dishes, we will be done at about 2:15 pm.
During the class you will get to prepare the dishes under the instructions of our chef, and also eat them once they are ready.
The meeting point is in our location, in a beautiful terrace, at Enrique Palacios 470, app. 701.
The class includes water, fruit drink and one Pisco Sour.

Excellent Experience
Christian did a fantastic job helping us understand Peruvian food. He was very patient and instructed us very well. The 4 costs l course meal was terrific. He is an excellent teacher and very knowledgeable about Peruvian culture!

Kochen und genießen….
Anfangs waren wir skeptisch, aber der Kurs hat viel Spaß gemacht und wir haben viel über die peruanische Küche gelernt und haben sehr lecker gegessen ! Kurs war zu unserer Überraschung sogar in deutsch !

SkyKitchen is a must do when in Lima
Yesterday we took a cooking class at the SkyKitchen in Lima. Yurac was our fabulous instructor and Maritza was our behind the scenes sous chef. What a great way to spend an early lunch/afternoon. We started with a lesson on how to make a great pisco sour. It was much better and less sweet than what you get in a restaurant. We have actually steered clear of them after trying one the first night. Yurac said the big difference is quality pisco and less simple syrup. I forgot to take pictures of t...daha fazla oku
