You will learn to make fresh pasta from scratch and cook it according to traditional recipes. In the end, we will have a typical meal all together, including appetizers. We believe in respecting the seasonality of all products and we only cook using local ingredients. The experience will be accompanied by narrations of our culture and regional traditions.
