With the guidance of our chef Alexandra, you will learn to make classic Tuscan dishes using the finest local delicacies, after which you will enjoy a private tour of the vineyards and the XV century castle that’s been in the family for 17 generations. Enjoy the lunch you prepared yourself on our panoramic terrace overlooking the rolling hills of Montalcino wine country. Each dish will be expertly paired with our own wine production. A Must-Do Pasta-Making Experience!

We had such a great time at this pasta-making class! Cat was awesome! She made the whole experience so fun and easy to follow. We loved learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch, and getting to eat what we made was even better! Such a fun experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience!

A wonderful day and experience! Would do it all over again! The setting is gorgeous, our chef, Matteo was a great teacher who made the experience so fun. A memorable day that we won’t soon forget and so worth it!

Excellent Cooking Experience With Alexandra and Niccolo!

We had a wonderful evening learning to cook with Alexandra and Niccolo - they came to the villa we were renting. They came totally prepared to teach us delicious food and wine pairings. We learned to make bruschetta, Tiramisu, 2 types of handmade pasta -Tagliatelle, spinach and feta ravioli and a lovely meat dish! It was all so amazing! Alex and Nico were so much fun to interact with - they were great teachers and we learned a lot that we will be able to use at home! Would definitely recommend ...daha fazla oku
