A Welcome Aperitif alfresco awaits you before starting our homestyle hands-on Traditional Abruzzo Cookery class to make fresh pasta like Nonna used to make our Sunday meals, ravioli, sauces, condiments and our very local "pallotte cac'e ove" while sipping a glass or two of highly selected regional wines under the expertise of Nonna Naira. Lunch will follow and feature the fruits of our labour.
