Your group will create several traditional Ecuadorian dishes such as locro de papas and seco de pollo, plus several appetizers and the classic canelazo. Fun Experience in Cuenca

It was such a great experience that the 4 hours flew by. We started by meeting Vanessa at Super AKI, where we walked through the aisles while she introduced us to a variety of Ecuadorian ingredients. From there, we took a quick 5 minute taxi ride to Vanessa’s lovely family home.
