You stand to enjoy the varied phases of meal preparation in an approach that can easily be replicated in your place of domicile.
You will be presented with varied indigenous meals to choose from while enjoying the historical details regarding the meal and any other information you desire to know about the unique Ghanaian culture.
It’s always fun and exciting in the kitchen because clients get to obtain hands-on practice, enjoy some entertainment and feel at home during the lessons.
A stress free yet enjoyable unforgettable cooking experience.
Cooking utensils needed for the meal preparation will be provided by the outfit therefore, clients are not expected to arrive with any cooking utensil.
Lunch
Ingredients are factored into the cost of the meal thus, clients can either eat in or take away packed meals.
All Fees and Taxes
Private transportation
1. Clients have the opportunity to choose any package of choice (Two complete meals with either a side dish or a dessert)
2. Clients will experience hands-on cooking from scratch to finish.
3. Clients have the option to select a schedule that is suitable for them.
4. Clients will enjoy all prepared meals with two packaged leftovers.
5. History behind each indigenous meal will be shared.
6. Substitute ingredients will be shared with clients in case what is used isn’t available in their locality.
7. Clients have the chance to book an appointment to use the kitchen for further practice at a reasonable fee.
8. Clients who wish to increase meal quantity in order and share with orphanages or friends can do so at a reasonable fee.
9. Clients are at liberty to ask questions relating to anything they wish to know about the Ghanaian culture.
10. Clients are allowed to take pictures, videos and share memories of their experience.
11. Allergies of clients are considered when combining ingredients for the meals.
12. Clients will be entertained with music, games etc.
13. Clients could also replace meal lessons by placing orders of specific meals of their choice at the same fee.

Rice meal cooked in tomato sauce (jollof) served with vegetables, and any kind of protein (beef, chicken, gizzard etc.)

A highlight of our trip to Ghana!
We had a happy and memorable afternoon cooking with Cecilia, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Ahead of our visit, Cecilia and I communicated via WhatsApp to plan a menu that suited everyone’s needs. Our communication was clear and efficient throughout and Cecilia was able to suggest dishes for both meat eaters and vegetarians. I cannot recommend enough this Authentic Ghanaian class! From the moment we arrived, Cecilia was vibrant and welcoming. She was not only knowledgeable but passionate about sharing the rich culinary traditions of Ghana. The ingredients were fresh, the seasoning and spice was on point and I loved learning how to make authentic dishes, my favorite is jollof rice.
