Really nice, welcoming and relaxed workshop accompanied with some excellent tea. Every step was explained very clearly and at the end you get to taste your creations with some delicious local toppings and Moroccan mint tea (the preparation of which is also demonstrated).
I highly recommend for anyone who like we developed a slight msemen addiction ( or not if you want to kick the habit) or if you just want to spend a nice afternoon baking something delicious.

An afternoon to feel good
A really lovely afternoon! Dima has a special talent for creating a warm, calm, and heartfelt atmosphere. Besides baking bread, we drank wonderful tea and learned how to prepare and pour it correctly. We went home with great bread, new skills, and big smiles. Highly recommended – thank you, Dima!

Very nice workshop

100% participatory workshop to recommend.
Very interesting workshop on making Moroccan flatbread with the possibility of using different flours. The class is 100% participatory and Myriam is very professional, smiling, and competent.
I also learned how to make msemen and mint tea.
We tasted our creations at the end of the workshop with various sweet and savory accompaniments.
The location - a riad, is pleasant and easy to find.

It was an amazing...
It was an amazing experience. Mariam is really helpful and made me feel at ease.
We made Msemen and Moroccan bread. She also gave us tips on how to make the perfect Moroccan tea.
Highly recommend if you’re looking to do something different!
