I was a great experience. First we went to a real local market, then with a tuk tuk the beautiful location of the cooking class. The teachers were great at explains us the ingredients, the recipes and the cultural background grounds of the dishes. Finally we ate the dishes in a balcony with the view of the lake 10/10
This is one of the best cooking classes I have attended. I really feel confident I can repeat these dishes as I did every step in the class. This is hands on and watch your fingers. The staff are so kind and helpful. I really enjoyed myself.
La più bella esperienza che potessi fare. Abbiamo iniziato con il mercato locale dove sono stati acquistati alcuni degli ingredienti necessari. Poi siamo arrivati in questo bellissimo luogo dove una leggera pioggia ci ha fatto da sottofondo rendendo tutto ancora più suggestivo. La chef e la guida mi hanno accompagnata in un viaggio culinario e culturale bellissimo. Ho avuto modo di conoscere non solo gli ingredienti ma anche come lavorarli mettendomi alla prova e allo stesso tempo mi hanno rac...daha fazla oku
