Whether Khmer food is your favourite or cooking is your hobby, there is no better way to learn Khmer cooking when you are in Siem Reap. Classes include market tour with our local guide, hand-on experience with a Khmer chef who will teach the basic processes of making Khmer dishes (1 starter, 1 main course, and 1 dessert), then you will get to tuck into your own food. For a break from exploring the Angkor temples, come learn traditional Khmer cooking with us! Choose three dishes from our Khmer menu and join our chef at a local market to explore Cambodian ingredients and flavors. After that, we’ll head to our purpose-built garden pavilion for your hands-on interactive class. Led by one of our fantastic chefs, you’ll learn to cook three delicious Cambodian dishes that you can recreate at home, such as Fish Amok(come with steam rice ), spring rolls vegetable or meat ,and bananas in palm sugar with coconut juice. We collect all guests from their accommodations, so please let us know where you're staying when you book, along with a contact number.

This Spring roll with vegetbal or meat full of texture: crunchy vegetables, crispy vegetable with covert made from rice and pain by chilly source .

MAIN

FISH AMOK and rice

Cambodia's national dish is rich and unctuous. It's made with leaves from the Noni plant and steamed in a banana-leaf bowl!

DESSERT

Banana with coconut cream and palm sugar .

Coconut milk , palm sugar and sweet Banana combine in this delicious, light and not-too-sweet dessert.

A must do program in Cambodia

AMAZING COOKING CLASS

I had a wonderful time at this cooking class! Dee were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun from start to finish. I loved exploring the local market and learning about traditional ingredients. The dishes were easy to follow, delicious, and something I can now make at home. A great cultural experience—highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with Dee. Our tuk-tuk driver took us to a local market and talked to us about the vegetables being sold in the market. He then took us to Dee's home, where she has a lovely covered cooking porch inside her beautiful garden. We each prepared three Khmer dishes. We both chose to start with a green mango salad. My 2nd dish was Samlor ktis. My husband had Amok fish. We had an option for dessert, but since we don't like sweets we chose a vegetable dish for our third dish...daha fazla oku

Nice cooking course, highly recommended!

Today we had a very nice cooking course from Dee and her team. First we went for a tour of a local market. The cooking course started with a tour and explanation in their own vegetable/herb garden and then we started working. Dee is super enthusiastic and explains how to do it well. I would definitely recommend this cooking course!
