Immerse yourself in a shared cooking class at the Cesarina's home, learn the secrets of the most famous dishes of Florentine cuisine and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine. During the lesson the Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic Florentine recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of r ed and white local wines. Le Cesarine is Italy’s oldest network of 600+ home cooks all over the country in more than 120 cities. They are passionate and welcoming hosts that open the doors of their own homes to curious travellers for immersive culinary experiences.

Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Unique, enjoyable experience-dont miss this one!

Marina and her dog Roger were fun, attentive and entertaining hosts! Her home is beautiful!! We made one type of pasta vs two-but it was PLENTY of food. We enjoyed the prosecco toast— “cin cin!” —-and the tiramisu for dessert.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our Cesarine cooking class in Florence. Our host, Carlo, welcomed us into his home and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Chef Luca is an incredibly talented chef and insightful teacher. We dined on delicious delicacies and he had an ingenious approach to cooking and teaching. The BEST cooking class/dinner/date night in Florence

This was, by far, the highlight of our trip through Italy. The experience started right when we drove up to their gate, where Paolo greeting us like we were family. He then took us through and showed us his garden while getting to know us (he speaks phenomenal English).
