Alessandro is a civil lawyer by profession and a contemporary pizza maker by passion. During his free time, you will find Alessandro creating the perfect pizza for his family and friends. He has attended several courses on how to prepare Neapolitan-style pizza and now he would like to introduce this wonderful art to everyone. Join Alessandro in his beautiful home to share a pizza accompanied by a glass of locally brewed beer and a traditional Sicilian entrée. He is excited to share his love for cooking with travelers and teach them his process of creating a contemporary pizza.
