Discover the authentic flavors of Sicily with an exclusive cooking class in an elegant apartment in Syracuse near Ortigia.

Teresa was born and raised in Syracuse and is a passionate and creative teacher with over 7 years of experience as a host of gastronomic experiences and has always cooked the recipes of her family's tradition. The atmosphere at Teresa’s house will be welcoming and familiar, you will learn to prepare three typical Sicilian dishes in season, using only seasonal and local ingredients.It will be like preparing a family meal, you work together.

During the lesson you also learn practical techniques for kneading, and shaping fresh local pasta.The lesson is also informative about local products.

Live an authentic experience in a Sicilian house, away from the most common tourist routes, book your private experience.After class enjoy your time relaxing.Local wine and water included. I'll wait for you!

You will learn how to prepare a menu created just for you, with three seasonal recipes made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. An authentic, practical and relaxing experience that will allow you to take home the true flavors of Sicily and the security of being able to recreate them in a simple way in your kitchen. After cooking relax and enjoy your time. Children under the age of six cannot participate in the lesson. Do you have a Sicilian dish that you dream of learning to cook? Join Teresa at 8:45 for a sensory walk in the Ortigia Point of Sale (additional extra cost to pay €50 per person). Teresa accompanies you to choose the ingredients and make your favorite recipe together , buy food for the lesson , while your teacher shares useful information and basic recipes , which will immediately get you into the atmosphere of the island.Guided Tour of Point of Sale must be requested at Reservation, lasts one hour and includes small tastings of local food.Transport available
