During the cooking classes, we will be happy to share the secrets of Sicilian cuisine, and tell the origin and anecdotes linked to each individual dish.

Participating in an expert-led extra virgin olive oil tasting is like embarking on a journey through the flavors and aromas of Sicily of the past like you have never experienced before. Find out how home-grown olive oil is produced, how to pair it with food and how to buy a quality product at home.

Our recipes and preparation methods respect the culinary tradition of the area, using zero kilometer raw materials, the result of the work of our producers.

At the end, it will be possible to taste the dishes created and sip the wine best suited to the dish.
