During the cooking classes, we will be happy to share the secrets of Sicilian cuisine, and tell the origin and anecdotes linked to each individual dish. Participating in an expert-led extra virgin olive oil tasting is like embarking on a journey through the flavors and aromas of Sicily of the past like you have never experienced before. Find out how home-grown olive oil is produced, how to pair it with food and how to buy a quality product at home. Our recipes and preparation methods respect the culinary tradition of the area, using zero kilometer raw materials, the result of the work of our producers. At the end, it will be possible to taste the dishes created and sip the wine best suited to the dish.

The cooking class is our...

The cooking class is our best experience in Sicily. We got half a day in authentic old farm, we cooked best dishes we can imagine. hopefully we can prepare them at home too as we got lot of knowledge and experience at place and recipes as well. Casatelle were the best in my opinion. And the host Liliana is the best, with lot of warmth, beauty snd hospitality.

Everything perfect, a day spent in joviality and sympathy, where Liliana, Vincenzo and Vito made us feel more than family. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Cooking with a family with strangers ❤️

Authentic, rich and fun experience. Liliana and Vito, competent and very nice, accompanied us in the experience teaching us with mastery and creating a pleasant, lively and playful atmosphere with all the participants. We were lucky to find a nice band, a nice mix from three different continents. In addition to the cooking class itself we really enjoyed the tour of the property with the story, the snacks and wine offered while we were cooking and the entertainment of the host and staff throughou...daha fazla oku
