I'll help you prepare a three-course menu with local, seasonal ingredients. The location is very relaxing, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by greenery and offering stunning views. The program includes: 5:00 PM Meet at the villa where the cooking class takes place. 5:20 PM Welcome drink and start of the cooking class with a three-course menu. A taste of our olive oil with bruschetta, homemade pasta (tagliatelle with fresh tomato and basil), side dishes (balsamic vinegar chicken bites with salad and fresh seasonal fruit), or your choice (cheesecake filled with fresh fruit and arugula). 7:15 PM Dinner served at sunset on the large panoramic terrace overlooking Florence and Fiesole, enjoying the fresh air in a simple and relaxing atmosphere.
