With the assistance of our experienced local cook, you will learn to prepare 5 delicious traditional Cretan dishes, the secrets of the olive oil and the mountain herbs, how to select fresh ingredients and many other useful tips.

Once the cooking is done, you will enjoy all together the fruits of your creativity with local wine, fresh bread, a traditional desert, Greek music and nice stories......around an old monastery-style table.

If you are interested in Cretan cuisine, Greek food, or you are just crazy about cooking, we invite you to join our traditional cooking lessons. You will cook, taste and enjoy local recipes and prepare delicious dishes with the guidance and assistance of our professional cook. She was born and raised in a Cretan village, bears all the knowledge of her family and shares it with us with love and integrity. All the dishes are made of genuine pure Cretan products such as olive oil, vegetables, cheese, meat, wine, etc. and of course all the ingredients are fresh and local. In addition, useful information about the herbs, olive oil and other ingredients is given, together with explanations of their nutritional value and usage. After cooking, you will all eat together on a long monastery-style table, enjoying the fruits of your creativity with local wine and bread, Greek music and nice stories...... Kali Oreksi! We arrived on time and learned the class started 1.5 hours prior and substantially all the cooking had been completed, so be sure to check that before you leave for the class! It is also in a very ...daha fazla oku
