Welcome to our sensory experience! During this exclusive visit, you will have the opportunity to taste a minimum of 6 different types of extra virgin olive oil, each of which tells a unique story of our territory. You can also taste locally produced olives and typical cheeses, all accompanied by a passionate narrative about the agricultural and olive tradition of our area. The visit will guide you through a journey to discover the typical plants of our area, where you can see up close the centuries-old olive trees that produce our precious oil. Olive oil production. The real deal.

We arrived on a perfect Sunday afternoon in October when dozens of farmers from the region were bringing in their olives in large bins for processing, some with trucks others pulling small trailers. Diego, a grandson of the founder and Italian Navy veteran, gave us a personal tour. He starting with the history of olives, explained historical and present day oil production, and finished with a wonderful tasting. Highly recommend this tour!

I was at Donna Giacoma, a unique experience. I had the opportunity to learn new things about olive oil production and the immense world behind it. I was guided to discover the production technique and to taste products made with extreme care and experience. I highly recommend trying this experience.

A great and well-rounded experience

Great experience. The owner was very nice, was able to explain everything to us very well, and addressed our questions. He spoke good English. Afterwards, we were able to taste many oils, which are really very good. We just bought oil on site and you can also have it delivered to Switzerland.

Autenticità e bontà

Durante la passeggiata tra gli ulivi ed un frantoio, ho appreso l’arte dell’olio e ho degustato 6 tipi di olio tutti eccellenti e genuini. Alla guida dell’azienda Diego un autentico giovane uomo che guida l’azienda con amore e devozione. Bravi tutti!

Esperienza meravigliosa! Dalla nostra visita è emersa tutta la gentilezza, passione, bravura e anni di studio di Diego e del team. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di ascoltare la storia e di conoscere tutti i processi che portano l’olio fino alle nostre tavole. Infine la degustazione degli oli è stata la ciliegina sulla torta…oli al peperoncino e all’aglio spaziali! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare nel periodo della spremitura e di ordinare altri oli da provare 🫶🏼
