A Feast for the senses, Saffron Palate is dedicated towards providing the Global Traveler an Authentic Indian Home & Kitchen Experience.
From rich flavourful curries like butter chicken to aromatic rice and a wide variety of healthy and tasty Indian breads, guests learn about time honoured cooking techniques and the subtle nuances that can make all the difference. Using time honoured techniques one can gain a deeper under- standing of Indian food and culture.
Our Experiences are recommended for anyone with an interest in the Culinary technique of Indian food & who want to gain a richer awareness of Indian life & culture.

Delicious Food with Great Instruction!

Wonderful cooking experience with family!
The women in our family had a zoom cooking lesson with Neha. It was such a fun experience. Neha was a joy to work with. Her patience and guidance were so appreciated. She allowed us to take our time throughout the instruction. Since our family is spread out throughout the country, it was a wonderful way for us to spend time together. The end result was delicious food and a lot of smiles! Thank you, Neha!

Perfect birthday gift cooking class!
My parents and I had such a fun time cooking with Neha! I coordinated the cooking class for my dad's birthday and he loved it. We will likely sign up for another class in the future. If you're looking for an intimate cooking class experience, definitely book a class with Neha!

Exciting team-building activity!
This was one of the most unique experiences ever! Our nonprofit board gathered in-person to make paneer masala, aloo ghobi, and paratha, while Chef Neha instructed us from her kitchen in Delhi. We were provided detailed ingredient lists in advance and live step-by-step instructions (and tips and tricks) to help our group co-create an amazing meal. Everyone was truly impressed with Chef Neha's knowledge and expertise. Will definitely be working with Saffron Palate again!
