This is not a walking trail. Guests are requested to have their own vehicle as we visit two places.

Walk into the rustic settings of a Goan bakery to experience a baking session in progress. It’s a mix of many different cultures, pao making is one of the arts brought to Goa by Portuguese and now it rests at the core of Goa’s culinary scene. Immerse yourself in an authentic Goan experience as you venture into a traditional mud bakery in Majorda. See, experience and and make your own pao/bread, ready to be placed in a traditional oven. Take a deep breath and let the aroma of the baking bread, and burning wood fill up your senses. Then make way for freshly-baked bread hot out of the oven. Watch the steam rise as you break a piece of the piping hot pao and take in the sweet smell before you bite into the soft, spongy centre that swiftly melts in your mouth. That is what the Goan Bread Making Experience is all about. Goa beyond sea food

This was my first experience with Soul Travelling, and I absolutely loved how thoughtfully they had curated this trail! If you want to taste authentic Goan poee and learn about its traditional making process, this experience is a must-try. It was lovely to learn about a side of Goa that goes beyond its beaches and food. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore Goa’s rich cultural heritage! Not to be missed

My mom and i had the best time with Koonan and Tahiya at the bread making workshop @north goa. Would 100 percent reccomend coming here if u want to get away from all the hustle bustle. Its calming and Koonan’s stories are great. ❤️

Portal to old European bakeries

Amazing experience. Felt like a portal into authentic old European bakery. Godinho uncle was so passionate about baking bread and the techniques used. Our guide Mevila was also good at her job. She organised another surprise activity and also gifted some souvenirs. Totally recommend this activity. NOTE: Inside of the bakery will be hot and humid. Better go wearing light fabrics.

Once in a lifetime experience - not to be missed!

This was by far the best tour I did with Soul Travelling. It was a little complicated getting there as this is in a small village in South Goa. Neha, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and passionate about the experience. The flow of the tour as well as the pace and hands on experience was just the right balance. Great Experience!

It was a Great experience! The guide was super friendly and gave us a lot of info about not just the bakery but Goa as well. What I lived about the experience is that you get to bake your own bread !
