You will be in a magical place full of plants and trees. You will enjoy your breakfast with the view of a valley full of olive trees and vineyard. You will hear the song of the birds and nature while you enjoying your breakfast in the Cretan landscape. Plus you can visit the farm and feed the animals.

Brunch

Come with me in a taste travel of local tastes and Cretan delights.People who choose this experience will taste all the Cretan delights that the locals have for breakfast. They will enjoy their breakfast with an amazing view with organic products that came from our land. . This experience is appropriate for a romantic breakfast, for a surprise to a friend, for a family to spend time together and for all who want to learn about the Cretan food and Cretan culture!! They will taste fresh fruits and vegetables from our orchard, various fresh season juices like pomegranate,orange,lemon. They also taste local fresh hot bread and other traditional bakes from carob and other local ingredients. They will taste our traditional famous dish ntakos! Also included traditional homemade cheeses that my family makes from our small goat farm. My mum also will prepare some of her famous traditional cheese pies or pies with local season greens. In the traditional cretan breakfast also included fresh eggs from our chicken farm,nuts from our orchard, the best cretan honey,tahini,greek yoghurt, all accompanied with greek coffee with loukoumi!!!

Fantastic experience

It's absolutely perfect :) the food is really good and the view is stunning. I had a date there with my girlfriend and it was simply amazing. Sevi and her family are very sweet people and during our brunch they took such good care of us and you can realy feel the heart and love for their culture and food. Feeding the goats and taking a walk across the farm was a lot of fun. If you are nearby during the holidays and you want to try some amazing traditional cretan food you should definetly visit :...daha fazla oku

A table full of Crete!

All Crete in one plate! We tasted delicious homemade pies,a variety of cheeses, little desserts, fresh fruits from the farm and a lot of delights! Thanks for everything. We will Come back to baxes

Traditional cretan greek delights

If you are a traveler, who visits Crete and wants to learn more about the island's culture and traditions, you should definately check out Sevi's cooking lessons. They take place in Sevi's family traditional tavern, Baxes in the breathtaking village Krousonas. I chose what we would cook and under the guidance of Sevi i was able to cook my now favorite new dish gemista and more.
