You will try five absolutely delicious Organic, Biodynamic, Natural or Orange wines to try along with the right nibbles. The return of Real wine is now available worldwide and it is about to stay not only as a trend. These products are certainly Greece's great future in today's wine world as they distinguish themselves from any ordinary wines. The land easily can produce these kind of wines as they did thousands years ago due to many unique qualities that the country has. Reliable indigenous grape varieties, dry winds and hot days are key factors for producing these high standard wines. Then they are 340+ indigenous Ancient varieties with the science but also the knowledge of today made in amphorae (clay jars), stainless still or even plain cement with some having small influence of oak barrels and long ageing in a bottle. Small ancient nibbles along with extra virgin olive oil, concentrated grape must will complete this unique experience so you will be able to do similar thrills to the convenience of your home. Certain wines to try are limited bottling (as low as 200bottles) and hence they are available exclusively in out store to buy or ship.

Appstate in Athens

This was a very fun and educational experience. We took college students from Appstate and learned so much about the old and new methods of wine making. Simple pairings and good variety of wines to try. Anton is fabulous. Great experience. Well worth the price!

Outstanding Private Tasting of Greek Wines

We cannot recommend this experience highly enough. I booked a private tasting for my husband's birthday focused on natural, organic, and biodynamic Greek wines, and it exceeded our expectations. Anton is an exceptional host. He is welcoming, highly knowledgeable, and a patient teacher. Hidden gem

We almost did not go in to this tiny wine bar/ tasting even though we followed the google recommendation. It is a small room. I am so glad we decided to stay. Our host has amazing knowledge of local wines and determined our samples based on our ‘likes’. An interesting selection of wines to taste and easy to chat about history of local wines. I really enjoyed the selection and the interaction. Would highly recommend for someone interested in, and who enjoys wine.
