One of the best experiences I have had overseas, and I have had MANY. The host is not just someone that knows about olives. He GROWS olive trees. And so much more. He was a somalier in the UK. Brought his experiences to Japan. Now he does this. We talked about cooking, charcuterie, everything. The 1.5 hours became almost 2.5 hours. I cannot recommend this tour enough. What an experience!!! Anton was so detailed and gave us true history on the best ways to pick olive oil and honeyand wine. It was such a great experience, I would suggest stopping by to learn and purchase a great quality olive oil and honey. We also learned how to take in the olive oil and honey. We also learned the importance of the burn when ingesting olive oil. A great overall experience!!!!
