In Bodrum there is an award winning vineyard in magical grounds, at ancient Karia where wine making was a tradition even in the Roman Times. At Karnas Vineyards, delicious Food & Wine Pairing dinners are offered where you have a chance to see the vineyard, the cellar and meet the owners. The concept is farm to table, everything that is served, is grown in the area by local farmers, grapes are organic. Karnas Zinfandel wine is the one and only Zinfandel wine in Turkey and Karnas Shiraz wines are awarded the best Shiraz / Syrah Wine in Turkey in 2017. Watching the sun go down while sipping your wine is breath taking.

Wine is limited to 3 glasses of wine, extra glasses or bottles can be ordered at an extra cost.

Depanding on where you are staying our guests are picked up approx at 7 pm (exact timing will be confirmed once the booking is made) Karnas Vineyards are located 35 minutes drive to North of Bodrum in Karaova farming lands, a picturesque drive will take you to the vineyards where you will be welcomed with a glass of Karnas Rose Zinfandel on arrival. A tour of the Cellar will be leaded by the owner of the Vineyard giving information about the area, the grapes, the vineyard and the wines. At the tables menu's differ with the produce of the day, there will be tasting specialties from the Karnas Vineyards/ Selia Farm, like local virgin olive oil, jams made with the fruits on the garden, goat cheese etc. There will be a starter, a hot starter and a main course paired with the Vineyards wines, desert will be followed by home made limoncello. After dinner you will be taken to your hotel. Price includes transportation, food & wine.

We pick up our guests from their hotels if they are located in our pick up zone and on the way to Karnas Vineyards from Bodrum. If you are staying on bays area like Turkbuku, Yalıkavak etc. surcharges apply, but we can still provide transportation.

Local charmoso e superou a expectativa.

Local muito charmoso com decoração de muito bom gosto. Almoço foi excelente acompanhado de bons vinhos. Foi a massa mais fina e delicada que já comi.

A remarkable experience

A most peaceful environment. Vineyards tended with care. And a magician in the kitchen. Asli Mutlu converts local produce into traditional recipes but with her own light hand and personal secrets. Food made with love that lift your spirit. Bravo!

The tasting was really super nice! The property in the mountains is a bit secluded and very impressive. The staff are very friendly. The food is excellent and received a star in 2025.

Like a fairytale

Visited in November which is “off season” in bodrum but i believe its the best time … lesser tourists and lesser crowds … We were the only visitors that day, making it feel even more special. The staff was incredibly warm, and the setting felt surreal. I savored house-made bread with olive oil, handmade pasta, and fresh grape juice with soda —simple yet perfect. But the highlight?
