During this 4-5 hours unique Dumpling making workshop, you’ll be taken into an authentic local spice market to explore it with fun challenges to complete and learn different species of Sichuan spices and ingredients that will be used in the following cooking class. The class will be carried out in a traditional Sichuan style courtyard. You’ll be treated with Sichuan local tea as it’s local’s custom to treat friends and visitors. After that, you then will be guide to start the cooking process by a professional chef in a cozy kitchen. Finally, you can enjoy the dumplings with delicious fillings made by yourself along with some beers or beverages. For it’s really informative, interesting and fun, this class will be an unforgettable experience in your lifetime.

You can have some local green tea with jasmine.

You have a free Beer, Coke or Sprite
Snacks
You will have some local snack such as, sun flower seeds, spring rolls,etc.
Lunch
If you join the morning class, you will make lunch by yourself
Dinner
If you join the afternoon class, you will make dinner by yourself
If you hotel is not in the second ring road, we don't offer pickup and drop off service

Great family activity
We had a great time with Lance and Chef Lee. They were very kind to our kids and gave us a good hands-on experience. market tour was authentic and interesting.

Amazing Sichuan Experiences
Absolutely amazing experience. A beautiful job teaching us how to make dumplings. We did spend some time at the market before the class. The chef is very experienced. Very comfortable environment and a delicious outcome. Our guide Lance Zhou helped negotiate the language. He also showed us around the market and helped with the dumpling class. We’ve had many cooking classes in the past this is one of the best.

Delicioso
Maravilloso, una mañana espectacular recorriendo el mercado y luego cocinando y cocinando mucho, esto sí que es una experiencia de cocina. Muchísimas gracias a Lance y a su compi que encima de ser dos buenos directores de orquesta son personas estupendas se nota que disfrutan dando estas clases. La comida brutal con muchas elaboraciones, tantas que era imposible terminárselo todo, una pena porque estaba todo buenísimo.Otra vez muchísimas gracias

A great way to spend a day!
I did a private class that focused on baozi and dumplings together and had a wonderful experience. Lance was my guide and I really enjoyed the chef as well. She had a great personality. The language barrier was no issue. Lance was there to translate and you can always find a way to communicate. It was a treat to make the doughs and a couple of fillings. Everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend their classes. Thank you Chilli Cool!
