If you choose the morning class, we meet and go to the market to buy our ingredients, you can choese and customize your meal according to your preference. If you choose the afternoon class, we will not go to the market because closed, we will meet straight to our location, so please advise about tour food preferences and in case of any allergies or intolerances. The ingredients choosen are always seasonal and local. At the location, a beautiful charming private home, we prepare a full complete sicilian menu of four dishes. the Class is hand on in a very charming location, an apartment inside the noble Palazzo Asmundo a XVII cent. building just in front of the Cathedral of Palermo. During the class you will taste some local specialities and very good sicilian wines! After about 2 hours working you will have lunch or dinner, confortable sitted inside the house or outdoor, enjoying a gorgeous vire on the Cathedral! At the end you will receive a certificate signed by the chef and the chance to buy my cook book.
