Learn how to make pasta, adding a touch of natural colors and creative patterns. Prepare your dough with organic ingredients and learn to make your own pasta at home. This is the only workshop of creative, vegeterian and organic pasta in the capital of Pasta. Gluten free and lactose free options available upon request.

Apron and Slippers

Making Pasta is such a relaxing and funny activity! The shapes are unlimited, some are simple, others are like little origami. The class takes place in an apartment located in an historical building, a mix of modern and antique style, where you will find the traditional tools for making pasta. During the class you'll learn classic ravioli and fresh pasta shapes with a modern take. Plus, you will discover how to add a touch of color and patterns. We will use natural colors, like purple potatoes, beetroot, seaweeds, herbs and powders will boost your creations. The ingredients we will use are vegetarian and cruelty free. Plus, you can ask in advance also for gluten free, lactose-free and vegan options. We will start the lesson with the preparation of the dough with organic ingredients. Then, we will begin with the classic shapes: tortellini, cappelletti, garganelli, tagliatelle, lasagne. We will explore also more shapes, like hearts, little boats, pyramids, bonbon. You will be ready to make your own pasta right after the masterclass. Pasta is for everyone!

A beautiful course well worth while

A lovely pasta making experience with a wonderful host. Sara is very charming and passionate about pasta making and we made some beautiful vegetarian pasta dishes in a variety of shapes using beautiful natural pigments. All made by hand using traditional tools in her stunning home. Highly recommend.

A fresh pasta course of your dreams!

I attended the fresh pasta course with my 8-year-old daughter and we were both thrilled! The course is super nice, colorful and the environment is really nice and welcoming. Children also have a great time thanks to activities designed for them. Our teacher was fantastic: very kind, helpful and very prepared. A fun and quality experience that I would recommend to everyone!
