Emirati house experience is an experience where visitors will be visiting a real Emirati house to learn more about Emirati Culture, Traditions, Hospitality & much more. Visitors will enjoy first thing when they arrive, The Emirati Hospitality with Arabic coffee and a very special home made sweets while I will be talking about stories about our practices and traditions, and the majlis Etiquette where Dinner will be served to guests on floor ( it can be served on a dining table for people who can not sit on floor by request) Home made Emirati main course with refreshments and side dishes, and we will talk about Emirati food. Later, visitors will enjoy having a conversation about Emirati Women from the past to present with having a Sulaimani tea (Red tea) also with some Emirati desserts. Guests will learn more about Emirati Scents: Dkhoon, Oud, Amber, Misk,..

A truly authentic Emirati experience

The Emirati House Experience was one of the most meaningful parts of our trip to Abu Dhabi. Being welcomed into an Emirati home and learning directly from a local host gave us a real insight into Emirati life, traditions, and values. It felt personal, genuine, and very different from a typical tour. I have been living in Dubai for almost 7 years and truly believed I knew a lot about Emarati culture and traditions. But I could never imagine that there is still a lot more to learn especially when it is presented by Maitha - an amazing person and a local tour guide at the same time. I recommend everyone visiting or living in the UAE to try this experience. As an Arab living in the UAE I have never had the chance to experience the Emirati culture. You would be surprised how much you can learn. It was a truly authentic experience within the real home of an Emirati family. You get to experience the hospitality of the Emirati culture.
