Discover the secrets of authentic Andalusian paella, from the picturesque village of Ojen to the serenity of our family finca in the Sierra de las Nieves. ‍ Activity program: Meeting point in Ojen - (transport options to Ojen possible) Visit the village of Ojen: Museo Molino, las Cuevas, Plaza de la Iglesia... - 45 min. Arrival at our family Finca located in the heart of the Sierra de las Nieves Park (protected by UNESCO). Welcome aperitif: beers & wines from the region, tortilla española and salad. Introduction & History of paella while enjoying the aperitif. Show-cooking paella: Our Maestro Arrocero starts preparing paella right in front of your eyes. Tasting seafood paella in a friendly atmosphere, under our pergola overlooking the mountains.

one sunny day

this is a great way to spend an afternoon in the andulcian hills. the farm is off grid, the paella excellent, paco the chef is so attentive and fun. an experience that will not be forgotten. thsnk you for sharing a day in your life

Positively perfect paella!!

This is a definite "must do"! There were four of us for our private paella cooking class. Paco is the owner and chef for this event. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and we all were entertained and learned a lot about Ojen, Marbella, and how to cook excellent paella. He definitely loves what he does and it shows. The setting was perfect!
