We will meet at the Metropolitano Estación Angamos, located in the district of Miraflores at 11am. You don't need a bus card, the one way ticket is included. Using the Lima public transportation service is an experience in itself. We will get off at Canada Station, in the district of La Victoria and walk a few blocks to the Balconcillo market, where we will buy fresh supplies for lunch. If you wish you can buy fruits that you have not tried before (bring a few soles). We will walk to Ricardo's apartment, located near the market, where you will have a breathtaking view of Lima. There, Helke will be waiting with a refreshing pitcher of chicha morada.. Afterwards, we will prepare 2 typical Peruvian dishes: Ceviche with canchita and chifles, and a traditional Peruvian causa limeña. On the way back, we will accompany you to take a cab to your lodging or next destination.
