We can’t say enough about this cooking class we took with Cam. The class was just my husband and I so we got the full experience and a lot of helpful tips and information from Cam. He made this class so much fun and although we cook all the time we learned a lot during this class with him. We are looking forward to coming back in the near future. Thanks again Cam 👍

My husband and I had a Sunday brunch here the weekend before last. This was such a fun experience and our chef was fantastic as well. We loved the hands on approach and learning the proper techniques to cutting produce. We cooked praline bacon, shrimp and grits (this was a first for the hubby and I , wow these were fantastic) as well a a crab cake benedict. Everything we ate was so good! This was our first hands on cooking class and my only regret is not scheduling more! Its more than just a recipe. Its learning to properly cut and prepare all the ingredients and what to look and hear for in a dish as it cooks. Chef Scott was incredible and it was an honor to have him as our instructor! We enjoyed so many dishes to take home and duplicate. I definitely recommend this class, especially with Chef Didier. He teaches you a lot and the food is phenomenal. We were hoping the class would be fun and educational, and that's what we got.
