Each guest will have a workstation at their disposal to work with all the ingredients and utensils available.

I will teach the techniques to obtain pasta that is easy to work with and good to eat.

We will prepare the proposed recipes together and I will show you the various possibilities in which you can season your fresh pasta.

Our course will end with the preparation of a classic coffee tiramisu which will be prepared by you in a single portion.

I also propose vegetarian menus to be agreed in advance.
