Sensational Day with Sfoglina Simonetta
During spring 2026, while watching and searching at random on Gastronomic platforms, I came across Sfoglina Simonetta, recognized and experienced Italian Lady Chef, with proven track record, with remarquable credentials and awards, particularly specialized and skilled chef in Hand Made Pasta.

Best day making Pasta!
We had the most wonderful experience with Chef Simonetta. She created such a special and memorable day for our family, teaching us how to make fresh pasta in a way that was fun, relaxed, and truly authentic.
Simonetta was warm, patient, knowledgeable, and so generous with her time and hospitality. The entire experience felt personal and beautifully organized from start to finish. After the pasta-making lesson, we enjoyed an incredible lunch together, and every bite was delicious.
