Learn to mix durum wheat semolina and water to create different types of pasta, prepared and match the sauce that best suits each format. In addition, to complete the lunch, some dishes of classic Italian haute cuisine will be served, prepared exclusively with organic seasonal products grown in our garden!
After the lesson, enjoy the delicious lunch made with your own preparations and relax in the hills of Riva del Garda.
