An unforgettable culinary masterclass from the most incredible host.

We cannot express how amazing our time with Annalisa was. She is the most interesting, knowledgable, and entertaining host and a fantastic teacher. We felt totally at home in Annalisa’s kitchen, and her love for Sicilian cuisine was clear from the second we stepped through the door. All of Annalisa’s produce is fresh and organic, sourced either from her own farm (most of what we cooked with was!) or sourced from local, respectable suppliers in Ortigia or neighbouring farms. Annalisa was the absolute best. She was super welcoming, prepared for every step of the class before we entered, very explanatory of all the backgrounds and process of every dish, and so easy to talk to! You can tell she is so passionate about what she does, and looks forward to making a great relationship with each of her classes!
