After reaching the producer in Campania (private transfer included), there will be an in-depth vineyard tour, followed by an attent differentiation between conventional, organic, biodynamic, and natural wine production. At the end of the tour, a brief anthropological introduction to the history of wine in the world, Italy, and Campania will follow supported by a PowerPoint presentation on a tablet. The tasting lunch will then start tasting Ancestral method wines compared with Charmat method wines, Organic and Biodynamic with conventional wines paired with farm-to-table food. What sets this experience apart, is that a professional bilingual sommelier will be exclusively dedicated to the guests. He will tune on their level and teach wine inspection techniques, and food-wine pairing techniques, and when requested, he will further deepen any topic. Moreover, the experience will be supported by the exclusive Wine Aroma Set to further understand wine aromas, defects and faults.

The best day you'll have in Naples

This was an amazing day. Andrea picked us up from hotel where then headed to Mt Vesuvius. We walked the vineyard and learnt heaps about the history, vines, plantings, soil etc. Then wine tasting with food pairing. Amazing! Once again very informative and we learnt so much more to take home and help us pair food at home. Andrea is passionate about wine, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. It was a great fun day and would highly recommend!

Vesuvius wine tour

I booked the Vesuvius wine tour as a birthday present and the tour overcame our expectations. Andrea picked us up and in the way to the winery gave interesting information about the region and the wine. During the visit we learnt, saw and tried a lot about wine making. And the icing on the top of the cake was degustation and wine pairing with the food. 100% recommendation.

Fun and educational experience!

We had a great time learning about wine tasting from Andrea and hearing about the history of wines from Pompeii and from Lago d'Averno. His passion for wine shines through with everything he does, and created an unforgettable experience. He's very personable too, and was always willing to answer any questions that we had.
