Awesome class!!!
Excellent class!!! The chef Leo was awesome! Dishes were delicious. Very detailed instructions and helpful tips. I think I can make my own pastas confidently at home now 😊

Small groups pasta-making class with local chefs.
In this masterclass, you'll be able to learn how to make the famous Italian handmade pasta and pair it with fresh sauces.
You will make and cook ravioli, fettuccine, and spaghetti alla chitarra with three iconic Roman sauces made from scratch.
Top quality products, selected wine during the whole experience, are our secret ingredients to make this experience so unique and special!
Lunch
11 am option - I will provide you top quality and selected ingredients to make fresh pastas and sauces.
Dinner
5 pm option - I will provide you top quality and selected ingredients to make fresh pastas and sauces.

ARE YOU READY FOR A UNIQUE PASTA-MAKING CLASS?
Join Chef Riccardo and his team for an authentic cooking class. You will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch with famous Italian sauces.
After meeting the chefs at Riccardo's grandma's house or at The Cooking Club, they will welcome you and show you the art of making pasta. Small-group classes, like in a real Italian family, to make everything more authentic :)
You'll be able to make traditional Italian pasta like Ravioli, Fettuccine, Tortellini, Cappelletti, Spaghetti alla Chitarra, and more.
Using only the freshest ingredients, we will show you how to prepare famous Italian sauces. Don't worry if you're vegetarian; there is a special menu also for you!
Of course, after cooking, we'll enjoy what we have prepared in a genuine Italian meal all together with complimentary wine :)
* Please inform us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions, we can accommodate gluten-free options for an extra charge.
** Possibility to arrange the class with options for special recipes like lasagna, gnocchi, tiramisu, risotto, etc., if you book a PRIVATE CLASS.

What an amazing experience ! Leo was a wonderful teacher and brought a vibrant energy throughout the whole class. Would recommend to anyone in the Rome area.

Leo is the best guide for a delicious meal
Our guide, Leo, created an amazing experience of fun cooking resulting in the most delicious meal. We made 3 homemade pastas and sauces. He had a wonderful personality that kept us all engaged and enjoying our meal and new friendships. He was very good at making everyone feel at home and making sure everyone was included in making the meal. Highly Recommend Leo!!

Ceoliac Safe - one of the best classes i did!
CEOLIAC SAFE! I was recently diagnosed with coeliac so my italy trip turned into cooking lessons. This one was one of the best! (I did 5 in 2 weeks!) Eugenio was fantastic and very understanding of my high level of stress regarding cross contamination (im sorry if u drove him crazy he did great!) One of the best GF pastas ive made and ate in Italy! Its my 2nd best pasta next to another establishment in Bolgona. Highly recommended this course to any ceoliac wanting to learn how to make good past...daha fazla oku
