Thank you for the thoughtful and considerate guided tour and interaction. From the very beginning, picking up ingredients for plov and fried dumplings at the market—to arriving at the beautiful house, everything was wonderfully arranged. I had a fantastic experience on this cooking class in Samarkand. It ended up being a private class, which made it feel really special and personal from start to finish. We began with a visit to a local market to buy fresh ingredients, which I loved—it was such a great way to see everyday life and added so much to the experience. The Uzbek cooking experience offered on this tour was very fun and genuine. Sabina was a very knowledgeable guide who knew how to introduce us perfectly to Uzbek culture. The hostess's cooking was so good that we never had a plov like the one she made again. In addition, she showed us a room in the house that is a UNESCO heritage site.
