Welcome to a hands-on cooking class where you will learn the typical recipes from Sardinia, especially the traditonal Gallura's gnocchi.
All the ingredients are sourced locally and bought on the same day of the event.
After the class we will enjoy the meal around my table. If the weather is warm, we will stay in my lovely garden.

Pasta pleasure!!!
Fantastic! We came as strangers snd left as friends. Wonderful hosts. We made 2 delicious pasta dishes snd 1 dessert. Yum!!!

Der Kochkurs hat riesen Spaß gemacht! Man merkt die Erfahrung. Vorab am besten mitteilen ob man vegetarisch oder Fleisch isst. Man hat sich richtig wohl gefühlt, als würde man ein Freund der Familie sein.
