Specifically, the Vegetarian menu is designed for those who have special dietary requirements and would still like to experience Sicilian cuisine, only to discover that the alternatives are endless!

Step by step and together with our Sicilian 'mamma' you will be accompanied in the preparation of extraordinary dishes with special flavours specific to our region, learning all the secrets of our tradition. Here you will have a real cooking experience with a real Sicilian mamma who will accompany you in the preparation of the courses of the menu of your choice. With her you will be able to satisfy any doubts or curiosity about the recipes of the dishes that characterise the culinary tradition of this island. At the end of the cooking class you will be able to taste the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by wine from the Sicilian lands and the satisfaction of having learnt how to cook authentic dishes, with 0 km ingredients and made with love by you! Maria Bea & Lorenzo taught cooking with chemistry

Delightful way to learn to cook delicious, authentic Sicilian vegetarian food. Maria Bea was so skilled and able to lead two different groups through a meat and a vegetarian course while keeping an eye on everything and everyone. Lorenzo, the English translator, made it fun and entertaining for nervous non-cooks. He was a wonderful language bridge to Maria and all her vast cooking knowledge.
