In the heart of the ancient city of Altamura, we will prepare tagliatelle with remilled durum wheat semolina, worked from start to finish with our own hands without the use of machines, which will then be cooked with a fresh homemade tomato sauce. Then tiramisu with organic eggs of the farmer. The lesson ends with a tasting of what was prepared accompanied by a glass of selected wine. A delicious experience that combines flavor and conviviality.
