In the heart of the ancient city of Altamura, we will prepare tagliatelle with remilled durum wheat semolina, worked from start to finish with our own hands without the use of machines, which will then be cooked with a fresh homemade tomato sauce.
Then tiramisu with organic eggs of the farmer. The lesson ends with a tasting of what was
prepared accompanied by a glass of selected wine. A delicious experience that combines flavor and
conviviality.

Amazing experience
The experience has been wonderful. Sandra is very kind and a great teacher; we loved learning how to make our own ravioli and eating them on her beautiful terrace. Thank you for the experience and the tips about the Altamura area.

My Husband and I had a fantastic time with Sandra, learning these cooking skills in her lovely home. She made us so welcome. She was so easy to understand and the food was delicious. Can’t wait to make these dishes at home.

The best cooking class in Milan!
If you are in Milan, you must take a cooking class with Sandra! From the moment you walk in, Sandra welcomes you into her home with warmth and generosity. She is a skillful chef who offers tips and words of encouragement throughout the class. My partner and I made three types of pasta (tagliatelle, cavatelli, and ravioli). An excellent experience!!
We had a wonderful experience with Sandra - such a gracious hostess! The ingredients were all top notch. We were amazed how easy it seemed under her patient supervision. I brought my two 15 year old daughters as a last minute experience. We were all so happy we did it! We made the pasta and tiramisu and had appetizers while she cooked it up quickly.
